It is best to call 314-664-7680 and book with our parent company and caterer, Butler’s Pantry, as soon as you have chosen your date. This is especially true during peak seasons such as spring, fall and during holidays.

We must receive your final guest count 10 business days prior to your event.

With your aesthetic and event specifics in mind, we can recommend or partner with any of our many FRIENDors (trusted vendors AND friends in the industry) to make your vision a reality.

Yes, all of our packages include flatware, china, glassware, tables, chairs and basic linen. We can also help you arrange any other enhancements you’d like to include with your event design, such as additional serving equipment, tents, entertainment, specialty linen or decor, valet services and so much more. Whatever your event requires, we can provide or work with preferred industry partners with seamless coordination.

Butler’s Pantry is dedicated to providing the highest-quality service when it comes to catering your event. They will supply, prepare and serve all the food for your dream event. They are more than happy to arrange meals for all dietary restrictions and even Kosher meals.

Absolutely! The culinary staff at Butler’s Pantry is happy to create menus and prepare items to accommodate special dietary concerns. Please make your sales and catering manager aware of any dietary restrictions during the menu planning stage of your event.

Great news! A cake and dessert display is included in all of our wedding packages. Desserts from any licensed bakery can also be used on your special day.

Yes, Palladium Saint Louis is ADA compliant. The venue entrance includes an outdoor ramp and is equipped with an elevator inside for lower and mezzanine-level access.

Our trained service and event team will take care of your guests all evening.

A $3,000 deposit is due at the time of the contract signing, 50% is due 120 days out and final payment is due 10 days out when final counts are received.
